Once the customer accepts our estimate, covering die fabrication and mass production, we hold a meeting to finalize specifications, and draw up a plan for the dies and the production process.
The plan is announced at a design review meeting attended by representatives of all relevant departments. Then die fabrication proceeds in parallel with the design and development of manufacturing equipment that will enable efficient and stable mass production. The prototypes are subjected to strict inspection to ensure that they fully meet the customer's specifications.
NSC also performs its own thorough analysis of the specifications and application, and submits to customer proposals for adding further value to the product.
